Dont you just hate things whenever nobody gets a score below 6/10??? Well, newgrounds has shown me were not all softies!!! the people of NG are solid, and not pitying your crap of a submission!!!Ever seen pet star, the show with Mario Lopez in it?? Yeah, I guess I'd have to agree that it can be pretty "disturbing" depends on what it is. I hate gross things, and crappy videos that are posted with work worth a pile of rotten sh-t. There are good things on Newgrounds, but I think there should be more sections with ratings, there is too much gross adult-ish stuff which should be taken care of. But to prevent from running into crap, hold your mouse over the flash/game link and see what it's suitable for.
Okay, back to the main topic, I don't know if your one who votes below 6/10 for EVERYTHING, but I think there is a decent chunk of <6 and up stuff on NG. Do you vote 5 and under for everything? That is a little harsh. If everything was under 6/10 what would the point of Newgrounds?
Sh-t happens, and I usually tend to avoid it by staying near GOOD animators. But everyone does tend to screw things up(yes like me, I bleeped out the bad words).
I rate fair, but if the submission is really bad (like a giant flash dump sucked up a hard-drives' power chip, in other words a sh-tcake) then I would blam it. And yeah, I guess I am a semi-softy (deal with it).

if ya look at my reviews. the good things is what i rate 7/10 or up (Alot of the time a 9 or 10) but hem things where people vote a 9 out of pity, thats when i get ticked, although its not necessary, cuz its not like it willl be there for long... Ex, one day i was looking forward to a new Pico movie, and all it was was some gay Power-puff girls thing, and two people voted 5/5 out of pity!!!! So stupid!!! Join me and stop pity-Viris around th U-S-A!!!!!!! No more Power-puff-Pico!!!
